Ho avuto la fortuna di avere Erika come baby sitter per mio figlio di 5 anni e non potrei essere più soddisfatta. Erika è affidabile e puntuale, sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze anche con poco preavviso. Erika riesce sempre a intrattenere Diego con attività creative, mantenendolo coinvolto e felice. La sua pazienza e il modo di comunicare con lui sono straordinari, facendolo sentire sicuro e a suo agio. Inoltre, Erika è molto attenta alla sicurezza e sa gestire situazioni impreviste con calma e competenza, qualità che mi ha dato grande tranquillità. Comincio col dire che Erika è stata la terza a fare il colloquio, quando cercavamo una babysitter per il nostro piccolo. Dopo di lei, io e mio marito non abbiamo voluto conoscere nessun' altra. E abbiamo fatto bene. Erika è dolce, amorevole, simpatica, attenta, rispettosa dei bisogni del bambino e delle nostre esigenze. Salutarla dopo quasi 10 mesi è stato colpo al cuore. Ma anche se il bambino a breve comincerà l'asilo, quando ne avrò bisogno, mi rivolgerò sempre a lei.

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
