Ho lasciato mio figlio per diversi mesi prima di trasferirmi. Non potrei essere più contenta. È una ragazza davvero premurosa, carina e dolce. Faceva fare i compiti a Matteo e poi si inventava qualunque gioco per intrattenerlo. È capitato che arrivassi anche fuori orario di oltre 1 ora non potendo comunicarlo, la sera, e faceva mangiare mio figlio con loro. Davvero impeccabile.

Tiziana la definirei con una parola. Preziosa. Sono separata e tantissime volte mi è venuta in contro con richieste dell'ultimo momento. Il nostro rapporto è durato anni. Ha iniziato a seguire mia figlia Sofia quando sono rientrata dalla maternità, Sofy aveva 6 mesi. L'ha seguita lei fino agli 8 anni di Sofia. È una ragazza e mamma dolcissima, sua figlia Nicole è cresciuta insieme a Sofia, (si tolgono 2 anni), ed è davvero bello vedere con quale dolcezza segue i bambini! Adesso non ne ho più bisogno perché con la pensione si sono trasferiti i miei genitori per darmi una mano, ma rimango sempre e con piacere in contatto con lei.

First things first – message the prospective babysitter or nanny about any past childcare experience they may have, and ask about references from prior families. Then you can check in with the other parents to see what their impression was of the sitter.

In order to come up with an appropriate rate, you should first take into account the minimum wage for your area. Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
