Rebeca worked for me from late 2018 until the year 2023, taking care of my daughter from 6 months old until she was 5 years old. She assisted with introducing solid foods, potty training, and pre-literacy skills, engaging in playful activities and even teaching French lessons. She read books, did paintings, and tended to plants. Even during the pandemic, when I needed to work, I could count on her support and care. Always attentive and responsible. Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
