Diana é entrata nella nostra famiglia quando mia figlia aveva 4 mesi e ci ha accompagnato fino ai suoi 18 mesi. Si é contraddistinta per approccio dolce, instancabile compagna di gioco, insegnante di spagnolo, mani affidabili a cui affidare la mia bimba anche quando è stata malata. Già mamma di 2 bambini, i suoi consigli sono sempre utili. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

Diana è una persona eccezionale, dolce, premurosa e incredibilmente affidabile. Si prende cura di nostra figlia con amore e attenzione, creando sempre un ambiente sicuro e stimolante per lei. E' paziente, creativa e ha un'ottima capacità di coinvolgere i bambini con attività educative e divertenti. Abbiamo piena fiducia in lei e non potremmo essere più felici della scelta fatta. Ha sempre trattato mia figlia con lo stesso affetto e dedizione di un familiare, ed infatti mia figlia la adora! La migliore baby sitter che potessimo desiderare...la consiglio vivamente.

We’ll provide you with a list of available sitters. Then you can personally screen and vet promising candidates by asking for references and organizing an official interview. If you find a babysitter that meets your requirements, set up a trial period on Sitly to get in touch with them directly.

First things first – message the prospective babysitter or nanny about any past childcare experience they may have, and ask about references from prior families. Then you can check in with the other parents to see what their impression was of the sitter.

Next, come up with a list of questions that will help you determine if the sitter will be a good match for your family’s needs. In order to come up with an appropriate rate, you should first take into account the minimum wage for your area. Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
