Ishani was employed by our Pre-school for +3 years. She was very reliable and trustworthy. We frequently entrusted her to take over the lead teachers' class whenever the lead teacher had other commitments, such as parent-teacher meetings. Due to her calm and collected manner, we were confident in her ability to manage the class effectively. Ishani is an excellent teacher with a kind, caring, and loving nature towards the children. One of her key strengths is her ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. She never panics and consistently provides a nurturing environment for the children. On several occasions, Ishani effectively managed challenging situations. For instance, there was a time when a child became very distressed during a school event. Ishani handled the situation with great patience and empathy, calming the child and ensuring they felt safe and comfortable. Her ability to manage such situations with composure and care is truly remarkable.

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
