Persona garbata,responsabile, di fiducia e ,cosa importante ,molto attenta allo sviluppo delle abilità motorie, emotive e sociali del bambino. Serena si e' differenziata da tutte le altre babysitter in quanto e' molto simpatica con i bambini ed ha un approccio molto giocoso con loro. Inoltre e' molto brava nella lettura dei libri ai bambini. Ha lavorato per noi da anni fino a quando la bambina e' cresciuta ed e' andata alle scuole medie. Ad oggi siamo ancora in contatto con lei. Serena si e' occupata anche a volte dei miei genitori che avevano bisogno di compagnia e di supporto. E' un ottima cuoca infatti ha preparato degli ottimi dolci .

Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Serena in quanto mi era stata già raccomandata più volte dalle mamme della scuola dove va mio figlio, ma purtroppo noi avevamo già una babysitter. Quando poi la nostra ha dovuto lasciare il lavoro con molta difficoltà e titubanza abbiamo provato a fare tanti colloqui con più persone tra cui Serena. Bhe che dire, e' stata una scoperta, Serena e' anche mamma quindi la cosa ci ha rassicurato di più. E' molto giocosa con i bambini, attenta e divertente. Abbiamo notato che ha fatto cose con i nostri bambini che neanche la babysitter che c'era prima aveva provato a fare con i nostri figli. Sto parlando di giochi, lavoretti con il Das, per natale insieme ai nostri figli ha creato una ghirlanda natalizia da appendere alla porta. Che dire tantissime belle iniziative che vengono dal cuore.
