Ismalia ha avuto cura dei miei 2 gemelli di 5 anni nel periodo di chiusura delle scuole. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, e’ una babysitter affidabile e competente, molto attenta alle esigenze dei bambini, sa accudirli con attenzione facendoli divertire e intrattenendoli con svariate attività. La nostra esperienza con Ismalia è stata superlativa. La sua professionalità è di alto livello e la sua capacità di entrare in sintonia con i bambini e con noi ha fatto sì che sin dal primo momento si sia creato un grande legame anche affettivo. Ha sempre lavorato con puntualità ed efficienza, non limitandosi a svolgere solo attività con i bambini, ma riuscendo a coinvolgerli attivamente in tutto quello che faceva. Giochi, compiti, passeggiate, esperimenti in cucina o in giardino, in ogni modo è riuscita nell'intento di stare insieme in modo sano e creativo ai nostri figli. Abbiamo dovuto rinunciare a malincuore alla sua collaborazione solo a seguito della sua partenza dalla nostra città. Quello che è certo è che non avremmo mai fatto altrimenti a meno di lei e che non abbiamo mai più potuto contare su una persona di capacità analoghe, professionali ma soprattutto umane. Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
