Ci siamo trovati benissimo: sempre disponibile, estremamente flessibile, premurosa (per la festa del carnevale ladino ha realizzato il vestito per mio figlio che ne era sprovvisto), capace di trovare la chiave per far adattare i bimbi (mio figlio ha compiuto ora 21 mesi) ad un contesto che non conoscono, cucina pasti variegati e fa fare diverse attività al bimbo (la spesa, il gioco in casa o in terrazza, sulla neve) a seconda anche del meteo. La consiglio vivamente!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di avere Verena come babysitter durante la nostra giornata di sci e non possiamo che parlare benissimo di lei. È una persona incredibilmente premurosa, gentile e affidabile. Ha creato un ambiente sicuro e sereno per il nostro bambino, facendolo sentire sempre a suo agio. La sua attenzione ai dettagli e la sua dolcezza ci hanno davvero colpito. First things first – message the prospective babysitter or nanny about any past childcare experience they may have, and ask about references from prior families. Then you can check in with the other parents to see what their impression was of the sitter.

Next, come up with a list of questions that will help you determine if the sitter will be a good match for your family’s needs. In order to come up with an appropriate rate, you should first take into account the minimum wage for your area. Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
