Con la presente dichiaro che Tessa Giusberti ha lavorato per la nostra famiglia da un periodo di circa 2 anni, da settembre 2020. Andava a prendere Jacob a scuola e lo riportava a casa nostra e/o all'allenamento di calcio nel tardo pomeriggio. Arriva sempre puntuale e funge da ottimo modello. Ho conosciuto Tessa per essere una persona gentile e responsabile. Non mi ha mai dato motivo di credere di non essere in grado di gestire nessuna situazione che le è stata presentata. Non solo Tessa è brava con i bambini, ma è anche responsabile e in grado di mantenere la calma anche in situazioni di stress. È certificata in RCP e Primo Soccorso, il che mi ha sempre rassicurato che mio figlio era in buone mani.

First things first – message the prospective babysitter or nanny about any past childcare experience they may have, and ask about references from prior families. Then you can check in with the other parents to see what their impression was of the sitter.

Next, come up with a list of questions that will help you determine if the sitter will be a good match for your family’s needs. First, you should make sure to comply with the minimum wage or hourly rate, established by law. Additionally, each babysitter’s rate is determined by several factors – including their level of experience, the number of kids who need looking after, and how far they need to travel for the job.

In order to come up with an appropriate rate, you should first take into account the minimum wage for your area. Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
